Welican extrusion lines are featured with the complete pedrail traction machine, the auto planetary cutting machine and chipless pipe-cutting auxiliary machines. Our 4-8 Meter long Vacuum Shaping Table can meet requirement of different kinds of normal and co-extrusion profiles. Welican machines and technology also have good performance at creating soft or hard transparent granula and enjoy a high reputation in this field by high material diaphaneity and plasticizing quality. Our latest research achievement - PVC multi-layer wide co-extruding foam broad production line, lead the industry in China. Plastic Mould design and producing is set up also in 1996, aim at producing the customized moulds to meet their different purpose. We have invested nearly 2 million US dollars for purchasing the advanced processing machines from all over the world, now we have 3 sets of CNC, one of them is JOHNFORD from Taiwan, 3 SODICK EDM machines from Japan and a number of lathe, milling, grinding machines. We have a strong technical team with 8 engineers who are able to design the right products to fit your application and the best solution for your requirements.
Window hardware is another part of main business for Welican featured by hardware for PVC windows and aluminum windows or doors, such as the handles, hinges, friction hinges, locks and tilt-turn mechanism etc. With the building industry rapid growth in China, our hardware sales also grow fast in our field. To meet the expansion of our production capacity, now we already begin to move to the overseas market.
Welican also enter into the industrial automatization and elevator research and development, we design and produce series of automatic production and inspection lines for light industry and automobile industry equipment all over China, Welican elevators are also widely used in commercial and resident projects in China.
